Luxury Picnic Rental
Service Description
Each luxury picnic includes a fringed umbrella, an oversized blanket, throw pillows, a low picnic table, full place settings, an ice bucket with bottled water, battery-operated candles, a custom letter board, a picnic basket filled with games like frisbee, cards, and chess, a phone tripod, and a waste basket. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. We also provide complimentary snacks, including chips, pretzels, and cheese & crackers.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Confirmation All reservations are subject to availability and approval. Once your booking request is approved, 100% of the total rental fee is due immediately to secure your event date and time. Reservations are not considered confirmed until full payment has been received. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund when cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. Weather Policy The safety and comfort of our guests are our priority. In the event of severe weather conditions that make the picnic unsafe or impractical, clients will receive a 100% refund. Weather-related cancellation decisions will be made by our team, and guests will be notified no later than 12 hours before the scheduled event start time. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled event without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Date Changes Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the event. Approval of date changes is at the sole discretion of the company.
